Who provides the app

CULLSYNC is an app made by NICOLAS RAILOVSKY FILMS SRL, registered office at Str. Mărgelelor nr. 10K, camera 1, Bragadiru, Ilfov County, Romania, Trade Register no. J23/7251/2023, tax ID (CUI) 40291219, email [email protected]. By downloading or using the app, you accept the terms below.

Testing

CULLSYNC is in testing. For now it has no price and is not for sale. Testing is open to a limited number of videographers, who sign up with their name and email before downloading.

The trial lasts 3 weddings or 7 days from the first launch, whichever comes first, with everything the app has. A wedding means one DaVinci Resolve project: run the same project again and it doesn’t count.

The first 20 testers who are granted a license get it free, for life, under the same rules as any license: personal and on at most two computers. Places are counted by licenses granted, not by downloads.

In return, we ask you to tell us how it went, whether the app helped you or not.

The license

The license gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use CULLSYNC for your own editing, on at most two computers. You can move the license to another computer by releasing it from the app.

You may not sell, rent or give the app, the license or its code to others, get around the trial or the license, or decompile or modify the app, except where the law expressly allows it.

The app, the CULLSYNC name and the culling method remain ours. Your footage, your projects and the “My method” learned from your corrections remain yours.

No warranty while in testing

A testing version can have bugs. The app is provided as is, with no warranty that it will run without interruption or suit every project. Organize, sync and cull are proposals that you check before editing and delivery.

CULLSYNC does not delete, move or overwrite your files and works on new timelines. Still, always keep a backup of your footage and your project.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost time, missed deadlines or redone work. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer.

Updates and termination

We may change the app, stop a version or end the testing. We email you when a new version is out. You can stop at any time: delete the app and, if you wish, ask us to delete your data.

We may revoke the license of anyone who breaches these terms.

When sales start

When CULLSYNC has a price, we will add the price, payment, invoicing and the right of withdrawal here. For digital content, the 14-day right of withdrawal is lost only if you expressly agree to start the download before it ends and confirm you know you lose it.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Romanian law. If a problem comes up, write to us first: we will sort it out directly. As a consumer, you can also turn to alternative dispute resolution through the Romanian consumer authority, ANPC (reclamatiisal.anpc.ro), or to the competent courts.
